We worked in close partnership with the Corporate HR team and Business Partners to design bespoke interventions that meet the specific needs of each team we work with. The process involves in depth diagnosis of where the team is now, where it needs to be an agreement on the best process to get there!

Whether working with senior executives or junior mangers, we place specific emphasis on creating a positive business impact by gaining clarity of team purpose, agreement on shared goals and the creation of a collaborative team climate.We worked with Heineken UK to embed the ‘Best Team Behaviours’ throughout the business.

 

I am impressed at the pace at which Peoplematters have been able to understand the priorities and challenges our organisation faces.
