Peoplematters was invited to help OKI to re-design its performance and development review process, to improve its contribution to the business by linking individual objectives and performance to the business goals, values and balanced scorecard objectives.

Accelerated promotion programme

Peoplematters successfully bid for & developed an intensive personal development programme for Police Officers selected into the Scottish Police forces prestigious Accelerated Promotion Programme.

Team development

Peoplematters is a preferred supplier of Team Development throughout the UK and across all business areas within Heineken UK.

We worked in close partnership with the Corporate HR team and Business Partners to design bespoke interventions that meet the specific needs of each team we work with. The process involves in depth diagnosis of where the team is now, where it needs to be an agreement on the best process to get there!

Whether working with senior executives or junior mangers, we place specific emphasis on creating a positive business impact by gaining clarity of team purpose, agreement on shared goals and the creation of a collaborative team climate.We worked with Heineken UK to embed the ‘Best Team Behaviours’ throughout the business.

Scottish Water Waste Services

We were asked to support a non-core part of Scottish Water a start up team who, although from a standing start have achieved some very impressive results for the business, needed some help in how they would go about achieving some very stringent targets set by Scottish Water for achievement by 2010.

Scottish Water are aware of the critical role Team Leaders play in influencing organisational culture, delivering a customer service and improving efficiency. As a result, they have commissioned Peoplematters to work in collaboration with their OD team to design a development programme that will energise and focus the team leader population.

Following an amalgamation of sites, a move to new premises, and a series of changes NHS Ayrshire and Arran Paediatric Unit asked Peoplematters to develop a short programme for staff to raise awareness about what they could do to ensure that the experience of both patients and their carers was as smooth as it could be.
