 Pip Haydock - Consultant
   
Pip is an organisation development consultant and coach.  Her background includes many years experience as an HR generalist in employee relations and in organisation and management development specialist roles. She has worked in the public and private sectors in a variety of organisations at all levels in different locations around the world.
 
With her understanding of the complexity of HR issues, business and the relationships within them, she has focused her coaching and development on finding strategies to maximise relationships within organisations both internally and externally.
 
Key areas of expertise include: facilitating systemic organisation change, HR policy strategy, policy and operations, team development, leadership development, coaching skills, 1:1 coaching, personal impact coaching, facilitation skills, consulting skills, personal influencing.
 
 
 Bev Mealyer - Consultant
   

Bev is an experienced Organisation and Learning and Development professional with a special interest in developing people. She is Creative and resourceful with in-depth experience of large scale change management programmes. A confident and influential communicator with the ability to strategically think through issues, establish solutions and implement decisions and influence senior management teams. 

 

Bev has held senior learning and development posts in both the private and public sector.  She has a MSc in Human Resource Management and is qualified in a range of psychometric instruments.

 
 
 Lesley Campbell - Consultant
   

Lesley is an accomplished Management and Training Consultant who is committed to delivering excellent customer service and to making a difference. She has extensive expertise in people management, facilitation, leadership and team development, culture change and transformation management.

Lesley is a skilled and resourceful facilitator.  Her practical approach to understanding organisational issues across industry sectors and her ability to engage with people at all levels of the organisation  enable her to inspire, communicate and involve those with whom she works. She also specialises in one to one business and life coaching

Jenny’s background in engineering, coupled with her knowledge of Psychology, brings a unique perspective to developmental initiatives. Particularly interested in programme design, Jenny is able to integrate cutting edge concepts into training activities in a pragmatic way, thus making the knowledge accessible to all.

 
A highly experienced professional with over 16 years involvement in individual and organisational development. Jenny has worked in both the public and private sectors and is keenly aware of the challenges facing employees in both environments.  She is particularly interested in programme design, Jenny is able to integrate cutting edge concepts into training activities in a pragmatic way, thus making the knowledge accessible to all.
